Dr. Janbaz Afridi Managing Director KPHF
Dr. Janbaz Afridi is a well-known doctor who is having more than 30 years of experience in Public Health and Hospital Administration. He has done his secondary education from Govt. High School No.1 Cantt Peshawar, which was the best school of that time. He did his Higher Secondary Education from great historical Islamia College Peshawar and MBBS from KMC Peshawar.
He has vast experience in the field of Hospital Management, Public Health, and Health Planning & Management. He has vast experience in Public Health and Hospital Management. During his career, he worked in Lady Reading Hospital as Deputy Medical Superintendent (DMS), Assistant District Health Officer (ADHO) Peshawar. Deputy Director EPI & Deputy Director Nutrition Health Department, Principal, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Post Graduate Paramedical Institution Peshawar, Director General Provincial Health Services Academy Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and nowadays working as Managing Director Health Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He published his research papers on Management of Animal Bite in district Peshawar, Treatment cost per bed in a tertiary health care Public hospital, Malaria and load shedding/Shading, Knowledge, attitude, and perceptions/practices of diabetic patients towards diabetes and its complications in district Peshawar.

Dr. Wali Khan Director KPHF
Dr. Wali Khan is a Member of Service (Management Cadre), Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, since 2009, and a Senior Public Health Professional having Postgraduation in Heath Planning Management (HPM), and Master in Public Health (MPH), as well as received on job training (two years) from National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad, on “Disease Surveillance and Outbreak Response” under Field Epidemiology & Lab Training Program (FELTP), Pakistan.
Dr. Wali Khan, currently, working as Director Technical, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KP HF) has a diverse working experience of more than 20 years, while mostly served in Erstwhile Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) at various positions, and also worked with the Developmental Partners/ International Donors Agencies/ organizations as Project Coordinator, National Maternal Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) Program; Focal Person Disease Early Warning System (DEWS); Lead National Stop Transmission of Polio Virus (NSTOP) officer FATA Secretariat (An Initiative of CDC Atlanta USA), besides, worked as Director Monitoring, at Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa till Jan, 2020.
During Professional tenure has been performed distinct assignments in Erstwhile FATA, like; Drafting and Revision of several MoUs between FATA Secretariat and , various Organizations/ Institutes; Development of PC – 1, for Integrated Vector Management (IVM) and MNCH Program; Moreover, in Collaboration with UNICEF, KP/ FATA, Integrated Nutrition Project (INP) and Facility based MNCH Services Project accomplishing as a joint venture.
